Mary Halloran-Ruhle, DNP, NPP

Director of Clinical Services, Certified TMS Provider

Dr. Halloran-Ruhle is a psychiatric nurse practitioner with a doctorate in nursing practice from Aspen University and a graduate degree from SAGE College. Dr. Halloran-Ruhle did her clinical internship at Albany Medical College. She has over 25 years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient behavioral health settings. Dr. Halloran-Ruhle is a psychiatric consultant for the Albany County Department of Mental Health and is certified as a Correctional Health Practitioner with experience in forensic mental health. She is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Clinical Society of TMS.
